- We review your case within 48 hours and contact the operator's compliance team using their licence-mandated channels.
- We mediate — most disputes resolve within 7-21 days when both sides communicate.
- We publish resolved cases (anonymised) on our case log. This builds pressure on operators to act fairly.
Common questions
How is this different from contacting the operator directly?
When you contact support yourself, you're talking to first-line customer service. When we contact the operator, we go through their licence-mandated compliance channel. Operators take that seriously because the next step is the regulator.
What if the operator ignores you?
We document non-response on the operator's review page (publicly), and we direct you to the appropriate regulator (UKGC, MGA, AGCO, KSA, etc.) with a pre-filled complaint dossier. Operators rarely ignore us twice.
Do you handle illegal / unlicensed operators?
We do our best, but our leverage is licence-based. If the operator holds no recognised licence, your recourse is limited to civil action in their jurisdiction — we'll explain what's possible.
Why is this free?
