First, the name
If you searched Bananzia and landed among Nintendo results, you were looking at a different thing. Donkey Kong Bananza is a Nintendo Switch 2 action game released on 17 July 2025, described by Nintendo as “The big guy is back, and he’s not alone! Explore a vast underground world with Donkey Kong and Pauline”. It has nothing to do with gambling and nothing to do with this page.
Bananzia is an online casino brand. It is operated by Win Top Ltd, and that is the entity this page is actually about. If the word you want is the ape, stop here.
Quick answer
- The licence names
bananzia.com. The Anjouan public register lists that domain, and only that domain, for this brand under licence ALSI-202509029-FI1. - From a British connection,

So does the operator’s own terms document. That is the single most important fact on this page and it is dealt with in full below.
What the regulator’s register actually says
The Anjouan Gaming Authority describes itself as “The designated regulatory authority for the licensing and supervision of internet gaming operations under the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan”, and it publishes a searchable licence register. We read that register on 9 August 2026. The entry is:

Two things follow that a reader can check without trusting us.
The registered address is published, and it is not in Britain. Bananzia’s own footer states, verbatim:
“This website is managed by Win Top Ltd (“Company”), a company registered in The Autonomous Island of Anjouan with company registration number 16122 and having its registered office at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, holding a license number: ALSI-202509029-FI1.”
So the answer to “where is Bananzia registered” is: Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros. Not London, not Malta, not Gibraltar. There is no UK company behind the brand to write to.
The domain you reach is not the domain on the licence. The register names bananzia.com. British visitors are served bananzia777.com. We could find no published document from the operator or the Authority that authorises the mirror, and the Authority’s own interactive licence seal policy states that the seal “must not be used on domains or platforms not authorized or covered by the licence”. We report the gap and take no view on how the Authority treats it, because nothing published resolves it.
The United Kingdom problem, stated plainly
The Anjouan internet gaming licence carries a list of excluded territories: Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA. The operator’s own terms and conditions separately keep the United Kingdom in its Restricted Countries list. The working mirror nonetheless presents a market denominated in pounds sterling with pound denominated bonuses.
We are not going to write around that. We do not tell readers that this brand accepts players from the United Kingdom, because the licence says the opposite and so do the operator’s own terms. What we can tell you is what the position means in practice if you are in Britain:
- There is no UK Gambling Commission licence, so none of the British consumer protections attach. No mandatory GAMSTOP integration, no free escalation to a UK Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, no Commission complaints route.
- The Anjouan Authority does not fill that gap. Its own complaint policy states: “The Authority does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints.” It requires the player to complain to the operator first, gives the operator 30 calendar days, and only then permits escalation to an approved ADR provider.
- The prescribed way to start that complaint is, in the Authority’s words, “the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal”. If the seal is not on the page you are looking at, the route the regulator describes is not available to you from that page.
If your priority is a regulator that will adjudicate a dispute, this is the deciding factor and it decides against. The Gambling Commission’s public register is where you check whether any brand holds a British licence, and it takes about twenty seconds.
The lookalike domains, and how to tell them apart
Searching the brand name from Britain returns several domains that are neither the licensed domain nor the mirror. We resolved and requested each of them from London on 9 August 2026 and looked them up in Nominet’s WHOIS. We are naming them because a reader cannot avoid what a reader cannot identify. We are not linking to them.

There is a structural reason these registrations rank. The brand’s British search corpus is small: our capture of the organic results on 9 August 2026 returned 13 results for “bananzia casino”, 10 for “bananzia withdrawal” and only 7 for “bananzia login”, the thinnest in the whole measurement. On “bananzia review”, the top eight results were taken up by the Nintendo game. A newly registered domain does not have to be good to rank against that; it only has to exist.
Three checks a reader can run in under a minute:
1. Compare the advertised offer against the published terms. The page at bananzia1.co.uk advertises, in its own meta description, “up to £3,000 + 300 Free Spins” and “3,000+ games”. The operator’s own bonus terms set the welcome package at 450% up to £16,500 plus 500 free spins across five deposits, and the operator’s own category counters report 5,184 slots. Those are not roughly similar numbers presented differently. They are different numbers.
2. Read the WHOIS. Nominet’s record for each of the two .uk domains carries the line “Nominet was not able to match the registrant’s name and/or address against a 3rd party source”. Both were registered in July 2026, months after the licence was issued.
3. Check the register, not the wording. A page can call itself an official site in its own title tag, and the one above does. A licence register entry is a third party statement. When the two disagree, the register wins.
We could not establish who operates any of the .uk domains, and we do not assert that they are connected to the operator or to each other. What we can state is narrow and sufficient: they do not appear against licence ALSI-202509029-FI1, and the offers they advertise do not match the terms the operator publishes.
What we could not establish
Whether the mirror domain is covered by any authorisation not published; the cashier minimum and maximum per payment method; daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, which clause 15 of the terms defers to “separate policies published on the Website” that do not exist across the eleven published pages; any measured payout time as opposed to the contractual three business day ceiling; the operators of the lookalike .uk domains.
