VillaSpin Casino, Not Vivaspin and Not a Villa Rental: Which Domain the Licence Names, and Why the Site Shows No Licence At All
Last updated: 9 August 2026 | Reviewed by: GambleDragon Editorial Team (about the team). Method: every domain named here was resolved in DNS and requested over HTTPS from a London exit node (IP 79.127.146.7, Datacamp Limited, GB) on 9 August 2026, and looked up in Nominet or Verisign WHOIS the same day. Licence data is quoted from the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s own public register and policy pages, read the same day. Three things this page is not about
Search engines handle this brand name badly, so it is worth clearing the field first.
- Vivaspin is a Sartorius laboratory product line: disposable centrifugal concentrators for ultrafiltration of proteins, viruses and nucleic acids. Google frequently rewrites a search for VillaSpin into Vivaspin. If your results are full of molecular weight cut-offs and spin filters, that is what happened.
- Villa rentals. The “villa” stem pulls holiday accommodation into the general results. In our own capture of the British results for this brand name on 9 August 2026, the query returned an organic corpus of only five results for “villaspin casino” and ten for “villaspin review”, which is why unrelated material fills the space so easily.
- A hacked corporate website. On the same capture, the top result for the brand’s login query was an unrelated British business with no connection to gambling whatsoever. That is a compromised site, its owner is a victim, and we are not naming it. If you land on a page for an unrelated British business that suddenly offers casino content, close it and do not enter anything.
VillaSpin, the subject of this page, is an online casino brand operated by Win Top Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509029-FI1.
Quick answer
- The licence names
villaspin.com. The Anjouan public register lists that domain for this brand. villaspin.comdoes not resolve in DNS at all. We queried it on 9 August 2026 and got no A record. The domain the licence is issued against is dead.- The site that loads is a mirror,
villaspin7.com, registered on 26 June 2026. It is not the domain in the register entry. - The site itself names no licence, no regulator and no company. Not in the footer, not in the terms. This is the single largest difference between VillaSpin and its sister brand, which prints the whole licensee statement in its footer.
- The licence excludes the United Kingdom, and so do the operator’s own terms.
The licence exists, and you cannot see it
We looked for it properly before saying this. The footer block headed “License” contains an age statement and nothing else: no company, no regulator, no number. The words licence, regulator, Curaçao and Anjouan do not appear in the full terms.
The licence does exist. The site’s own HTML loads an Anjouan Gaming Board seal script, and the seal identifier resolves in the Authority’s register to Win Top Ltd, licence ALSI-202509029-FI1, status valid, issued 16 September 2025 and expiring 15 September 2026. The seal never renders for a visitor because the script only initialises on the registered main domain, and that domain does not resolve.
The Authority’s own interactive licence seal policy is explicit about what the seal is for. It states that the seal “must remain accessible and visible to players at all times during the operation of the licensed platform”, that operators “must display the seal site wide without modification”, and that it “must not be used on domains or platforms not authorized or covered by the licence”.
So the position is: licensed, but not checkable from the page a player is standing on, and running on a domain the register does not name. For a reader deciding where to deposit, a licence that cannot be inspected at the moment it matters is close to no licence at all.
There is a second consequence that is easy to miss and harder to shrug off. The Authority’s complaint policy tells a player to start a complaint through “the complaint submission function accessible via the operator’s interactive site seal”. If the seal does not render, the complaints route the regulator prescribes is not reachable from the site.
What the register says, and what it does not
We read the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s licence register on 9 August 2026. The entry for this licensee reads:
| Field | Value in the register |
|---|---|
| Company | Win Top Ltd |
| Status | valid |
| Licence number | ALSI-202509029-FI1 |
| Type | b2c |
| Issued | 16 September 2025 |
| Expiry | 15 September 2026 |
| Domains | includes villaspin.com |
Neither villaspin7.com nor any .uk domain built on the brand name appears anywhere in that register. We could find no published document authorising the mirror, and we take no view on how the Authority treats the arrangement, because nothing published resolves it.
The registered address of the licensee is the same one printed in the sister brand’s footer: Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, company registration number 16122. There is no United Kingdom company and no Gambling Commission licence.
The United Kingdom problem
The Anjouan internet gaming licence lists Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA among its excluded territories. The operator’s own terms keep the United Kingdom in Restricted Countries. The live mirror nonetheless presents a market in pounds sterling with pound denominated bonuses.
We do not describe this brand as accepting British players. The licence and the operator’s own terms both say the opposite. What we will say is what the position removes: no GAMSTOP integration, no Gambling Commission complaints route, no free British Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, and none of the deposit-stage protections in licence condition 17.1.1. The Commission’s public register is the twenty second check that tells you whether any brand is inside that system.
The lookalike domain, and the tell that gives it away
One .uk registration on the brand name loads a full casino front end. We are naming it because a reader cannot avoid what a reader cannot identify, and we are not linking to it.
| Domain | Registered | Registrar | In the Anjouan register? | What it served us on 9 Aug 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
villaspin.com | licensed domain | not applicable | Yes | Nothing. No DNS A record. |
villaspin7.com | 26 June 2026 | URL Solutions, Inc. | No | The live casino application |
villa-spin.uk | 26 June 2026 | Dynadot, LLC | No | A page titled “Villaspin Casino - 50 Free Spins Each Deposit” describing itself as “the official gaming experience” |
The tell is the offer. On 9 August 2026 the .uk page advertised a welcome bonus of “125% Up to £750 + 200 Free Spins”. The operator’s own published bonus terms document a first deposit offer of 110% up to £1,000 plus 60 free spins, under a storefront headline of 480% up to £5,000 plus 280 free spins. Those are not the same offer described loosely. They are different numbers.
Nominet’s record for villa-spin.uk carries the line “Nominet was not able to match the registrant’s name and/or address against a 3rd party source”. We could not establish who operates it and we make no assertion about who does. The checkable statement is the narrow one: it is not named against the licence, and the offer it advertises contradicts the operator’s published terms.
What we could not establish
Who operates the .uk domain; whether the mirror is covered by any authorisation not published; the bonus structure for deposits two through five, which the storefront implies and no published document sets out; daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, which clause 15 defers to separate policies that do not exist across the eleven published pages; the cashier minimum and maximum per method; any measured payout time.
Frequently asked questions
Is VillaSpin the same as Vivaspin?
No. Vivaspin is a Sartorius laboratory product line of disposable centrifugal concentrators used for ultrafiltration of proteins, viruses, nucleic acids and nanoparticles. VillaSpin is an online casino brand operated by Win Top Ltd. Search engines frequently rewrite one spelling into the other, which is why a search for the casino returns molecular weight cut-offs and spin filters.
What is VillaSpin’s real domain?
The Anjouan public register names villaspin.com against licence ALSI-202509029-FI1. On 9 August 2026 that domain did not resolve in DNS at all, so it serves nobody. The site that loads is a mirror on a different domain, registered on 26 June 2026, which does not appear in the register.
Why does VillaSpin not show a licence?
We could not establish why, only that it does not. The footer block headed “License” contains an age statement and no company, regulator or licence number, and the words licence, regulator, Curaçao and Anjouan do not appear in the full terms. The site does load an Anjouan seal script, but the script only initialises on the registered main domain, which no longer resolves, so the seal never renders. The Authority’s own policy requires the seal to remain accessible and visible to players at all times.
Is VillaSpin licensed in the UK?
No. It holds an Anjouan internet gaming licence, ALSI-202509029-FI1, held by Win Top Ltd and shown as valid in the Anjouan register from 16 September 2025 to 15 September 2026. That licence lists the United Kingdom among its excluded territories and the operator’s own terms keep the United Kingdom in its restricted countries list. It holds no Gambling Commission licence, so no British consumer protections apply.
Is villa-spin.uk the official VillaSpin site?
It is not a domain listed against the brand’s licence. On 9 August 2026 the Anjouan register named villaspin.com and no .uk domain at all. The .uk page describes itself as the official gaming experience in its own meta description while advertising a welcome bonus of 125% up to £750 plus 200 free spins, where the operator’s published terms document 110% up to £1,000 plus 60 free spins on the first deposit. We could not establish who operates it and we do not link to it.
Why do I get holiday villas and a glazing company when I search for it?
Because the brand’s search corpus is unusually thin. Our capture of the British results on 9 August 2026 found only five organic results for “villaspin casino” and ten for “villaspin review”, and unrelated material fills the remaining space: the “villa” stem pulls holiday lets, and at least one compromised website belonging to an unrelated British business was ranking on the brand’s login query. That site’s owner is a victim of the compromise rather than a participant, which is why we do not name it.
Where do I complain about a VillaSpin account?
To the operator first. The Anjouan Gaming Authority’s published policy states that it “does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints”, gives the operator 30 calendar days, and then allows escalation to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, with game outcome disputes needing to be raised within 14 calendar days of the session. The Authority prescribes starting that process through the complaint function on the operator’s interactive site seal, and on this site that seal does not render. There is no Gambling Commission route, because the brand holds no British licence.
